SHIPPING - AUSTRALIA
All shipping is carried out through Australia Post. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection. We understand that many people are not home during business hours, and in that case suggest having your order sent to a business address. Shipping is a charged at a flat rate per order no matter where you live in Australia. If you are a international customer please find information further down the page. Delivered in 7-10 business days anywhere in Australia. If you live in a rural area you may experience a slightly longer delivery time.

Standard Delivery - Only $5.95 flat rate
Delivered in 5-7 business days anywhere in Australia. If you live in a rural area you may experience a slightly longer delivery time.

Guaranteed Next Business Day Delivery - Only $14.95 flat rate
Delivered next day! You must place your order before 3pm AEST, be located within the Australia Post Express Post network and pay via Credit Card or PayPal to qualify for this service. This guarantee only applies to business days and is not applicable on weekends or public holidays. Insurance covers you if the goods get lost or don't arrive. See whether you are in the Australia Post Express Network.

POSTAGE INSURANCE
We offer a postage insurance option on all shipping methods, for $3.95 the insurance provides you with full cover for any loss or damage during transit. If you do not select postage insurance we will unfortunately not be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs to your parcel once it's in the Australia Posts system.

SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL
Delivered in anywhere around the world. International shipping is carried out through Australia Post which has the option of added insurance. When you checkout our system will provide you with an exact shipping cost and estimated delivery time based on your country and the total weight of your order. International Airmail
Air mail is the standard service accommodating overseas parcels.

International Airmail with insurance
All the benefits of International Airmail with the added protection of insurance.

When you purchase insurance, you receive:

Express post International
Offers priority handling, basic tracking where available, and a signature on delivery.
Speed: 3-7 days*
Tracking: Yes (acceptance/delivery scans)
Signature on delivery: Yes
Please note that Express Post International does not include insurance, however this can be arrange manually if required.

* Standard to delivery times between metropolitan areas of major cities and excludes time in customs if available, and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post’s control.

Free Shipping
From time to time we offer free shipping promotions, when you choose free shipping your item will be sent via standard delivery with no insurance. Free shipping is not valid for international orders.

We are totally committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where necessary as part of providing a service to you, or unless required by law to do so.

Returns & Replacements

We appreciate that you want to shop with the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it to us and we will provide you with an exchange, refund within the following guidelines.

If you have proof of purchase
If you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, we will happily provide you with an exchange or refund as follows.
If you have simply changed your mind, we will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided:

• the item is in sealed condition for example:
• the original labels are still attached;
• the item is in its original packaging; and
• the item is unused and as sold.

If you do not have proof of purchase

If you cannot provide satisfactory proof of purchase, we may, at our discretion, provide you with an exchange to the current value of the item provided:

• the item is in sealed condition; and
• the item was originally purchased from us; and
• the item does not fall within any of the special exceptions below; and
• satisfactory identification is provided at the time of the return.

In the circumstance where you are unable to exchange an item, at our absolute discretion, provide you with a Gift Card to the current value of the item.

GENERAL

We will refund using your original payment method, or on Gift Card where appropriate at our discretion.

This Policy operates in addition to your statutory rights for returns of faulty goods

All items displayed on the website are currently in-stock. We don't back-order from suppliers, so whatever you order will be shipped out at the first available opportunity. All customers must register with our Website before checking-out. Our shopping-cart uses Javascript to perform many actions. If you experience problems checking-out, ensure your browser has Javascript enabled.

for-ed.com has the right to refuse any order. We reserve the right that if we suspect that there is any order that looks like fraud, we will attempt to call the customer to verify the order before shipping. We will also take steps to inform the proper parties or financial institutions of any questionable fraudulent activity..

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

for-ed.com currently offers 2 methods of payment; PayPal and Direct Bank Deposit. Visa and Mastercard are accepted at the checkout process; however you can use other credit cards if you elect to check-out via PayPal.
