All shipping is carried out through Australia Post. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection. We understand that many people are not home during business hours, and in that case suggest having your order sent to a business address. Shipping is a charged at a flat rate per order no matter where you live in Australia. If you are a international customer please find information further down the page. Guaranteed Next Business Day Delivery - Only $14.95 flat rate
Delivered next day! You must place your order before 3pm AEST, be located within the Australia Post Express Post network and pay via Credit Card or PayPal to qualify for this service. This guarantee only applies to business days and is not applicable on weekends or public holidays. Insurance covers you if the goods get lost or don't arrive. POSTAGE INSURANCE
We offer a postage insurance option on all shipping methods, for $3.95 the insurance provides you with full cover for any loss or damage during transit. If you do not select postage insurance we will unfortunately not be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs to your parcel once it's in the Australia Posts system.
SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL
Delivered in anywhere around the world. International shipping is carried out through Australia Post which has the option of added insurance. When you checkout our system will provide you with an exact shipping cost and estimated delivery time based on your country and the total weight of your order. Offers priority handling, basic tracking where available, and a signature on delivery.

Please note that Express Post International does not include insurance, however this can be arrange manually if required.
* Standard to delivery times between metropolitan areas of major cities and excludes time in customs if available, and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post’s control.
Free Shipping
From time to time we offer free shipping promotions, when you choose free shipping your item will be sent via standard delivery with no insurance. Free shipping is not valid for international orders.
If you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, we will happily provide you with an exchange or refund as follows.
If you have simply changed your mind, we will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided:
- • the item is in sealed condition for example:
- • the original labels are still attached;
- • the item is in its original packaging; and
- • the item is unused and as sold.
- • the item is in sealed condition; and
- • the item was originally purchased from us; and
- • the item does not fall within any of the special exceptions below; and
- • satisfactory identification is provided at the time of the return.
In the circumstance where you are unable to exchange an item, at our absolute discretion, provide you with a Gift Card to the current value of the item.
